– They call it the River Thames (not Thames River)
– A pint = 16oz
– For all oyster cards, zone charges have increased. For example, travel via zones 1-2 for the day (plus any bus rides) it costs £6.50 the most for that day

Which is the best market in London in terms of price and hygiene cause these are the two most important things I look for in any market anywhere.
Also, you don’t need to tip at pubs.

Hey! There is a lot of tube etiquette you could talk about e.g. stand on the right and walk on the left on escalators, taking backpacks off, letting people off first etc … also, you can no longer use cash on a bus (maybe you could when this was filmed)!
is the London eye safe
Hi Jess, how are you?
Listen, I need your help… again… I intend to have lunch in Hyde Park, but I don’t know which place to go: Lido Bar and Cafe or Serpentine Bar & Kitchen. What do you think? Or do you have another idea? 10 days to go… 😉
Thank you again.
Beauchamp is not Bo shamp. It’s Beechum. (at least in the UK) It’s the one that never ceases to get me.
For the love of god PLEASE do not take an Uber in London. Cabbies are some of the nicest people you will ever meet; just get a cab instead and support a fundamental British institution.
If I’m going to London for 3days, is Oyster card suitable?
I am going to London next month, I want to visit Ireland and Scotland while I am there. What would be the best way to get to Ireland, then Scotland, then back to London. Air, ferry, train?
ahh what a great video thank you. I’m going to live abroad in London for two months, starting next Monday. Do you think purchasing a one-month Travelcard would make sense? And I’m asking myself how they work in a bus/train since it doesn’t charge anything per ride once I bought it right? How do I get through the turnstiles and do I just show the busdriver my card?
can you use your debit mastercard at uk atms and shops/pubs and does your American bank calculate the exchange rate?
London is filled with amazing places to see, delicious foods to eat and quirky spots to see and photograph. Love London.
How much does the londons eye cost for a 10,12,42,and 42 year olds?

At what age are children required to use an Oyster card?
I m going to London tomorrow!!
Great video! Is March/April a good time to visit?
Hi there, I loved your tips, thank you.
This is going to be my first time in London with my family and I have a question. We’re going to be 5 days in London, then 3 days in Bath and then go back to London for 2 more days. The 7-day Oyster Card will be ok for us or by the time we go back to London the 7 days are gone (due to our stay in Bath)?
Thank you in advance.
Amazing tips! Thanks for the very comprehensive overview! I’ll definitely reference this before my trip!
hi…once u reach the daily capping limit on the oyster card of 6 pounds, do you need to purchase tickets to travel ?
This is all common sense – Do you speak any other languages fluently besides English?????
Hi, if you buy 1 day travel card and put it on the oyster card, once you’ve reached the daily cap, will the remainder value of the travelcard can be used for the next day or expired on that day? I want to take advantage on 1 day for the 2for1 offer. Thanks!
Great vid! Am planning my very first London visit end of the month…staying a couple of weeks.. Your tips seem very useful
Thanks for the video!! I have a question for you though. (This may sound stupid) I’m flying into Gatwick and I thought I would book a hotel near there (Because I get in at 7pm) and I thought I would stay over night there, then the next day make my way more into the heart of London (book a hotel and spend about 2-3 days before heading to Scotland) Does that make sense….me doing that? AND….if it does make sense…whats your suggestion on where I should go spend my 2-3 days? Is there an area in particular you would suggest? (Cost is not much a problem for me) Don’t get me wrong….I don’t want to ride around in limo’s the whole time I’m there, but I’m not really looking to cheap out big time either. 😉 Any advice you can give me would be great! Thanks! (PS: I’m not much of a “shopper” but more into just walking around, seeing a few pubs, attractions etc) (I get there Thurs Sept 7th)
Whats the age limit for kids at buses
Changing $ to Pound at Post Office is better than at Heathrow airport?

What place outside of London would you think a person should go see have 3 extra days of free time Scotland, Ireland, parts of Britain ? Thx for the good vids you put out.
Another update: All black cabs now take credit cards.
Great video anyway, in particular the pronunciations were unusually accurate! Maybe you should do a video just on weird London/UK place name pronunciations? There are plenty more…
do they like brown people?
I’m only going to be in London for 2 days before going to Ireland. I’ll be there alone and really need some guidance. Would you advise buying the Oyster card there or from home?
Black cabs are a real rip off in LONDON, which this is about, though if you go anywhere else in the UK Black Cabs are VERY reasonably priced. Though if you come to Manchester we have free buses with cover 3 different routes that will get you round the city no charge at all.
thanks for these helpful tips I just have a quick question, How is the party / Club scene in London I want to go for my 22nd birthday is there any video on London party scene that you are aware off??? please help and thank you
