To use the Model 3 door handles, press the tall part with a thumb and grab the long part with the rest of the hand. Can be done overhanded or underhanded, depending on the side of the car and which hand you’re using. In either case, it can be done single handed.

Beautiful video, Ashley! You’re going to pickup lots of new subscribers from this one, because there’s so much interest in Tesla’s cars and your videos are really beautiful.
We picked up our Model 3 at the end of August. We love the minimalistic design and we don’t miss all of those switches and buttons. I can see where the Model 3 door handles would be hard to operate with anything but short fingernails. Tesla had to cut costs, but they still wanted to provide something unique. I use my left hand to open the doors. I push in with my thumb and then I pull with four fingers.

A bit narcissistic for my taste, others may enjoy. No personal offense intended.
Picked up my Model 3 2 weeks ago and it is AMAZING. There are differences between the Model 3, S, and X but the extra perks make it well worthwhile. I just ordered the Black and Decker portable vacuum you recommended a while back also. Haven’t got it yet.
My mom and I are obsessed with rent the runway. We’ve been using them for about 7yrs.
