4:38 The correct translation is “the summits….” not cliffs. Cumbre is the spanish word for summit, not for cliff (that would be acantilado or barranca in spanish).

the really nice road trip is not paying tolls, the real adventure is on federal’s ways, specially the route to Vearcruz passing through Huamantla, “El Salado” “San Salvador El Seco” and that strange lake inside a crater in “Aljojuca” is simply an amazing experience for anyone! I know that some of these toll booth in Mexico cover you ,if you break down ,flat tire,run out of gas among free tow to a shop among other things . I use the toll road when I drive from Tijuana MX to Rosarito Mexico ,and I know that’s what the toll fee covers among other services as well .

While in Mexico I like to use ETN or Primera Plus buses. Or a friends car.

Two weeks ago drove to same stretch of road with heavy fog at night, very scary and it was a big accident we ended up staying in Cordoba. We were on our way to Nicaragua by car. Safe travels.
