Hello Moscow | Solo Trip to Russia

Made my first full-blown solo trip (in my entire life) to Russia last August! Kicked it off in Moscow for four days and had an amazing time exploring the city on my own. Loved the youngster-ish, cool and hip vibes of Moscow. I felt so at home and fit right it. Totally my vibe.

And guys, I survived my entire 3-week trip with that heavy-ass luggage. I did it *fist in air* (Well, I must give credit to the kind souls who helped me lug it up/down staircases. They were truly godsent.)

Awesome video. I did a backpacking trip to Europe last year but I didn’t get to go to Russia. I really want to go to Russia and Eastern Europe next. Subscribed.

We don’t use sun umbrellas because even if it is really hot outside the sun radiation isn’t high in central Russia. You need SPF 30 in summer and SPF 15 in other seasons if you don’t want to get tan at all.

Hi,We have a choice to walk, for instance, in any park or just along streets 🙂 I can get to the centre of Moscow about 1 hour. If you want of course 🙂 (I’ve never said with any foreigner 🙂 )

The reason your knee/joints might hurt no matter if it’s a trauma is because you eat a lot of carbs/sugar/proccesed junk food which causes inflammation to your whole body,I had the same issue when I was a teen with my knee’s and later on with back trauma, started eating more veg, less sugar and it dissapeared, now sometimes I have inflammations because I stop eating healthy but it goes away in a week as soon as I fix my diet. Also not just my knee and back pain dissapeared,no more acne,no more migranes.
Also banya is supposed to be verry good for things like arthritis, but you’re supposed to do it with the whole ‘broom’ or what we call ‘venik’ lashing which stimulates blood flow, then out of hot you go into cold which is very good for your immune system, what you are doing is stimulating blood flow with temperature change and massage and removing toxins with sweating.
