From San Francisco Airport (SFO) to Hotel Omni in downtown Sf, our uber was about $35 dollars.
Hotel – Omni San Francisco
Ferry Building –
Stonehouse California Olive Oil (in ferry building) – highly recommend the aglio oglio ($6). Good for seasoning on avocado toast, chicken, or to add to a dipping oil for bread!
Blue Bottle (in ferry building) – If you’ve never had it, I highly recommend the New Orleans. I usually drink black coffee, but the New Orleans is the perfect amount of sweet and creamy. The original blue bottle location is in Oakland.
Boudin Bakery & Cafe – They created sourdough bread!! Love that they sell bread in different animal forms, really unique!
Ghiradelli Square- You can buy chocolates and also grab ice cream inside the Ghiradelli store. Outside in the square, there are a few gift shops of different sorts..
Bi-Rite Creamery (right next to painted ladies) – Grab an ice cream or food for a picnic and check out Dolores Park (it was closed when we visited) and the painted ladies aka the houses from Full-House.
Japanese Tea Garden (at Golden Gate Park) – One of many parks within Golden Gate Park, which is over a thousand acres. Has nothing to do with Golden Gate Bridge. So don’t go to the Golden Gate park thinking you will be able to see Golden Gate Bridge.
Palace of the Fine Arts- Free! Many people take their engagement photos here. Pretty Architecture, could be hard to find parking.
Golden Gate Bridge (visitor Plaza – SE side of Bridge)- Free! We spent maybe 10 minutes here.
The View Lounge (at the Marriott Marquis)- The bar itself isn’t that big, and a Nike event was going on at the time, so we didn’t end up getting a table, but the views are nice.
House of Prime Rib-
