San Francisco, everyone’s favorite city, is located at the tip of a peninsula between the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific coast. A compact city of steep rolling hills surrounded on three sides by water, San Francisco is renowned for its summer fogs, Victorian architecture, cable cars and beautiful vistas. Just remember: Don’t call it Frisco and do bring warm clothing. The famous quote “The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco” isn’t from Mark Twain but it is a pretty accurate statement of San Francisco’s weather. An overview of the top tourist attractions in San Francisco.

Great video. San Francisco is an amazing city and so much fun, here are some more of my favorite things to do in the city http://travelphotodiscovery.com/20-quirky-fun-and-trendy-places-to-explore-in-san-francisco/
If you come to San Francisco DO NOT! leave ANYTHING! in your vehicle. The window will be smashed and everything stolen. I mean don’t leave ANYTHING! not a phone charger, bag, coat, shoes, Dead cat, NOTHING!! Every place in San Francisco, from “tourist places”, hospitals, City hall, EVERYWHERE has this car break in problem and people have been hurt trying to catch these crooks.
Any golden rules for a first time visitor?
No matter what , San Francisco is beautiful
It’s Frisco
NICE VIDEO ,I USED TO LIVE IN PRESITA AND THEN MISSION STREET
Good stuff.
Don’t trip over the homeless
One the best travel videos ! Looking forward to visiting this beautiful city again ! I envy people you live there !
Best city
Mentally ill crack heads screaming at self involved techies taking foodie selfies in the Twitter restaurant or throwing feces at tourists waiting in line at the Powell cable car turnaround is always fun.
How did you get away with flying the drone? I thought they were prohibited in SF, especially at the parks and neighborhoods.
Overrated
Could you please tell us the name of that jazzy musci appears near the end of the video? THANKS.
Ah!! Good ole FRISCO
I like it San Francisco, but I don’t go!
God place see to American place help me
Ina coolbrith park – really nice view of SF
Sutro baths – faces west towards the pacific.
twin peaks – nice skyline
legion of honor – a museum and has kind of cool architecture
lovers lane – there’s a zig zag pattern made with tree logs; nice for portraits
pier 14 and pier 7 – nice view of SF if you are near embarcadero
California and Powell – walk in the middle of the street using the cross walk and you will get a nice view of the bay bridge behind 1 market street.
If you have an Instagram look up GettyPhotography and LouisRaphael for some cool locations and pictures of the places I listed
Bring a bicycle. So much to see and do plus park free. Park at Chrissy field or free marina parking. Then ride around. You’re in between Golden Gate Bridge and all the piers. It’s the best way to see the city .
Been to San Francisco, never want to go there again. Its become a shit hole.
Vibrant City
The famous movie excape from Alcatraz is a big hoax , fairy tale , made to hype the locationa and to create a tourist attraction site
This video brought back a flood of memories my month long visit back in 2016
As a Bay Area resident of 20+ years I can attest that San Francisco went exponentially from Bad to Worse in just past 5 years. Real estate and cost of living prohibitive prices drove out the locals and majority of the middle class. Now the city is dominated mainly by the East Coast transplants that brought their self-entitled attitudes with them. The city has the sense of community no more. Newcomers treat the city as their personal amusement park with zero care to locals, elderly, families. The city officials are more preoccupied with attracting tech giants than cleaning up the city. Police acts as social workers vs actually enforcing the law. SF has the most homeless – homeless people in US. There are homeless in all major cities, but then there is Shutter Island level in SF. Customer service is mainly horrible, prices are way too high for anything, restaurants and bars will employ the dirtiest tricks in the industry just to keep the overhead low. Union Square is swarming with hookers from East Bay and their pimps. Street crime is all time high, you car will get broken into, you ill get punched, robbed, and in some areas right in the center of the town you will get killed by a drug addict. If you care about yourself do not take Bart. The open drug usage, needles, human feces, urine took over. Stay away from Townsend –> 5th Street — > Market and Market 9th Street back down to Townsend Quadrant. Stay away from Polk/Post/Tenderloin, Bayview, Parts of Mission, Potrero Hills. If you want to see South Central in SF go to Sunnydale Avenue. If you want to be safe, stay away from about 80% of SF, just stroll up and down the Embarcadero. I predict that in the next 5 years the city will be ran by Salesforce and Google, and the rest will be just visiting.
